Job description
Shaker Recruitment Marketing’s Project Management team provides leadership and organization for all creative projects – from logo design to global websites. They kick them off. They put them to bed. They are the center of all creative activity. Project Management is a discipline as skilled and unique as creative and branding. They ensure exceptional creative is completed on time and on budget.
Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agency’s success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a scale of creative projects from intake to completions, such as single digital and print collateral pieces, high-volume digital asset production, large-scale employer brand and career websites projects, and more
- Liaise with the resource coordinator, creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines
- Serve as client contact for creative projects in close collaboration with the client service and website vendor partner teams
- Manage the day-to-day deliverables for assigned projects
- Remain flexible and adjust project plans for a variety of project scopes and processes to meet the needs, goals, and deadlines of assigned projects
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency
- Manage creative team workload and project resource needs in project management system
- Flag immediately and appropriately when project needs or openings arise
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple high volume, as well as large-scale projects from inception to completion with excellence is a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-6 years of work-related experience
- 3+ years of experience using project management software, ideally Asana, but not required
- Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to productively and professionally adapt to change
- Comfortable in client-facing settings, with the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders.
- Strong track record of leading by example to other team members
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a consistent focus on achieving team success
