Gogo Air

The Gogo Air team came to Shaker to identify culture gaps and help strengthen their employer brand and DEI initiatives. We leveraged our DEI Consulting services, including our proprietary Lived Experience Survey, to gain a deep understanding of the lived experience of their marginalized talent in contrast to their majority talent. This data-driven approach enabled us to identify specific areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies.
