This year, we embark on our 74th year in business. All of us at Shaker are immensely proud to be part of our great history and play a key role in how we shape our future together. Throughout all that’s changed in seven decades, the way we treat our clients – with transparency, strategic guidance, and with their goals always at the forefront – will never change.
Over these last few years in particular, the media landscape is changing, and foundational to our mission and core values is to prioritize and preserve our transparency and data-backed decisions.
In this light, I’m proud to share that this past August, we entered into an exclusive agreement with JobAdX, a job distribution tool managed by a team of exceptionally smart people who share our values of client service, partnership, and doing what’s right. Now, we’ve decided to acquire JobAdX as our distribution tool, and the JobAdX team will join Shaker to continue working in the same capacity they were as our partner.
The Shaker Programmatic team has been working closely with our JobAdX partners – now colleagues – to create a strong solution that will provide our analysts and campaign managers with the data they need to make informed decisions. We’ll also work with the JobAdX engineers to create a roadmap to ensure we’re planning for the future and can evolve based on the changing job board landscape.
Our word is our bond. We thoughtfully make decisions to ensure our word remains transparent and data-backed so that we continuously do what’s best for our clients and to best support their business objectives. We’re excited for what we’ll achieve together in 2025, and we’re confident that, regardless of how fast this industry evolves, the Shaker team will be at the forefront.
