Glassdoor and Indeed Shake Up the Recruitment Space

Just in case the talent acquisition space wasn’t exciting enough, our friends at Glassdoor and Recruit (parent company of Indeed.com) are definitely keeping us on our toes!

Both of these companies are certainly innovators in the space: Indeed with jobs aggregation and CPC buys, and Glassdoor with its groundbreaking impact on the candidate journey by leveraging reviews and harnessing employee advocates. To use a term that’s often overused, but in this case quite accurate, both of these companies are legitimate game changers in the industry. Together, they will provide a great solution and positive impact on the candidate journey. I have no doubt that with Recruit’s support, they will continue to innovate and drive our industry forward.

My initial thinking is that they will not combine the sites into one, but instead cross-promote one another and honor their area of strength. I see … Indeed company profiles powered by Glassdoor, and Glassdoor jobs powered by Indeed. #Ilovethat
