Like all of you, we at Shaker are managing through the impact of COVID-19 both at work and in our personal lives. As a family-owned business, our top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and their loved ones while also continuing to provide the utmost in service to our clients. My goal in sending this email is to personally reach out to provide a brief update on Shaker’s approach to managing through these unprecedented times.

Aligned with the latest guidance from the CDC and other public health officials, we have instituted a mandatory work from home policy for Shaker associates nationwide, effective today. Our IT systems and internal business processes allow for a smooth transition while maintaining top levels of service to you, our clients. We’ve been in touch with all key vendors and partners to ensure business continuity now and in the future. To be clear, Shaker remains OPEN for business as usual; please know that we are here to help.
