Oak Park, IL (March 15, 2021) – Shaker Recruitment Marketing, a leader in recruitment marketing, has named John Graham Jr. Vice President of Employer Brand, Diversity & Culture.  Graham is well known for his expertise in building honest and authentic employer brands and has been a champion for cultivating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces throughout his tenure.
