We are looking for a designer who believes in the power of marketing and brings a passion for concepting and designing creative campaigns across all media channels—digital and non-digital. Who also believes in the importance of being a good colleague and person to all they work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design for a wide range of client deliverables including complex initiatives like career site design and employer branding campaign development
  • Collaborate with other designers, art directors, creative director, copywriters, developers, project managers, clients and account teams
  • Be able to ideate and present concepts and ideas
  • Work with increasing independence on complex projects
  • Participate in status/planning meetings and at times, non-project creative meetings
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency
  • Be able to work inside, outside and along the edges of the “box”
  • Learn other apps vital to our work and processes through (guided and self-guided) tutorials and other tools
  • Utilizing brand guidelines and other assets provided by the client, ensure that branding is accurately represented in all deliverables

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • A creative portfolio displaying a range of creative work; showing off your design, conceptual and creative marketing talents and abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or related field
  • Strong to expert proficiency designing with Adobe Creative Cloud tools with a particular focus on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficiency and/or knowledge of other apps (Sketch, After Effects, etc.) is a plus
  • Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
  • Strength in prioritizing workload, meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Ability to constructively accept and positively provide feedback
  • A good, caring person who understands the importance of respect and inclusion
  • A focus on team success over individual glory
