Cash Applications & Investigation

  • Manage cash application processes for various payment methods including ACH, Wire, Credit Cards, and Checks.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unclear payments, or issues related to cash applications.
  • Ensure all incoming funds are correctly applied and documented.

Accounts Payable Management:

  • Oversee the AP process for various payment methods including ACH, Wire, and Check payments.
  • Ensure all documentation, such as invoices and payment vouchers, are accurately recorded and filed.
  • Verify and validate the details of suppliers' invoices against purchase orders, contracts, or delivery notes.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage vendor inquiries about payment issues.

Expense Reporting:

  • Review, approve, and process expense reports ensuring they adhere to company policy.
  • Investigate any discrepancies or policy violations in submitted expense reports.
  • Provide training to staff about expense reporting procedures as necessary.

Payroll Processing:

  • Serve as a backup to Payroll Administrator for all payroll-related tasks.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll in the absence of the primary payroll contact.
  • Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with an accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
