The Client Consultant is the frontline of the organization with responsibility for daily client engagement, development and overall satisfaction. They operate as part of an enterprise/large client team and as a main point of contact for small and mid-sized businesses, interacting primarily with Recruiters, Managers and Director Level client contacts.

•BA and 5+ years of progressive client management experience
•Confident negotiation and problem-solving
•Excellent presentation and ability to interact with clients at all levels
•Passion for helping others and solution selling –listen, learn, deliver
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person, by phone or via email
•Intuitive questioning –ability to proactively dig into issues to offer the best solution set
•Intuitive learning –able to relate new learning to client needs
•Detail oriented, highly organized and exceptional follow-through
•Knowledge of current talent industry marketing and advertising trends and best practices
•Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel, Filemaker, LinkedIn

•Experience in client relationship management
•Background in advertising, marketing, HR/Talent Acquisition
•Previous agency experience preferred;recruitment related a strong plus
•Maintain visibility on all relevant social media channels on behalf of the agency by promoting, sharing, liking and contributing to industry and agency related topics
Demonstrable business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
