The Art Director will focus on how to drive developing design and concept solutions for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, strategic, and agile designer who understands experience is preferred.

  • Lead ideation and creation of a broad range of projects, including employer branding, custom web design, print, experiential, etc.
  • Serve as an expert on a wide variety of clients and ensure supporting team members’ work is on-brand and client-ready.
  • Demonstrate best practices in design principles.
  • Lead in the collaborative development of conceptual artwork, style guides, storyboards and project pitches.
  • Develop as a leader within the creative team through leading by example, providing actionable feedback, seeking mentoring opportunities, presenting creative vision, etc.
  • Provide feedback to and oversee creative contributions from designers and production designers.
  • Design using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (special focus on Photoshop and Illustrator) with a particular focus on accuracy and visual communication.
  • Work in close collaboration with fellow designers, developers, project managers, clients and account teams.
  • Ensure that branding is accurately represented in all deliverables.
  • Design for custom websites, ensuring best practices for UX and candidate experience.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
  • Develops thorough understanding of clients’ business as well as their competitors.
  • Can successfully navigate and challenge a strategy.


  • Lead innovative design across multiple creative deliverables, including custom websites and brand development.
  • Present ideas and designs to clients, account teams and team members.
  • Participate in new business ideation.
  • Work with the research team to uncover valuable insights in developing campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience juggling multiple clients
  • Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
  • Expert in prioritizing workload, meeting, or exceeding deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with senior and executive level leadership teams.
  • Has a refined and sophisticated aesthetic with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence in professionally providing feedback to team members for their professional development and to ensure on-brand deliverables.
  • Experience leading a team and being an active participant in team development.
  • Exhibit exceptional ability to handle high pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness and ability to work with multiple clients concurrently.
