With the EVP and key messages identified, we designed and developed a smartly rebranded, easy-to-use career site for candidates looking for temporary work. Job seekers can search positions by job type and location, access live chat for assistance, and share jobs.

We uncovered its EVP through a discovery process that involved focus groups, executive interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Before any web work began, Shaker conducted an exhaustive audit of the client’s homegrown ATS, measuring its UI/UX and efficacy throughout the search process. Our comprehensive report of findings included detailed recommendations and next steps. We collaborated closely with their in-house IT teams in overhauling the design and front-end development of the site that integrated fully with their highly custom backend/ATS, to ensure the optimum candidate experience. And a dashboard makes the most of the data pulled from the home-grown ATS.
Staff Management | SMX sought out Shaker to create a custom-built dashboard that tracks candidate engagement across its digital outreach ecosystem. Tracking code was placed on the career site to record media sources driving traffic to the site. This information is joined with the candidates application data upon application to an SMX job, providing a holistic picture of the candidate traffic flow.
Opt-in communities empower job seekers to stay connected and up to date on opportunities that match their criteria, and enable targeted communications between Staff Management | SMX and candidates.
