In this trailblazing new role, the Specialist Employer Brand, Diversity, & Culture has the opportunity to help build diverse and inclusive Employer Brands by supporting the research phase of Employee Value Proposition development, help to address culture gaps by aligning the right DEI partners according to research defined needs, and ensure the smooth flow of communications throughout the process.
What does success look like in this role, you ask? Your curiosity and passion for details will ensure that all new client inquiries are handled expediently, and intro calls are managed with care. Your inquisitive mind will help make sense of the data being collected during focus groups and leadership interviews. Your dedication to culture transformation will help build a community of practice for diversity, equity, and inclusion for Shaker internal staff. You’ll also help our clients and internal leadership alike increase diverse representation, raise cultural competency, and deliver world class employer brand solutions.
