OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM

Shaker Recruitment Marketing’s Project Management team provides leadership and organization for all creative projects – from a logo design to global websites. They kick them off. They put them to bed. They are the center of all creative activity. Project Management is a discipline as skilled and unique as creative and branding. They ensure quality creative work is completed on time and on budget. They are the quarterbacks who ensure the players know the play and will be in the right spot when the ball is tossed to them, completing the play on-time and with exceptional creative, wowing the client every time….errrr, you get the point.

Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agency’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale projects from intake to completion, such as employer brand and websites
  • Liaise with the resource coordinator, creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines
  • Map out tasks necessary for project completion for creative team to ensure projects are addressed in a timely manner, giving adequate time for all team members
  • Appropriately brief creative team on client and client guidelines to ensure work is on-brand
  • Serve as client contact for creative projects in close collaboration with the account team
  • Manage the day-to-day deliverables for assigned projects
  • Own project scope of works and ensure team stays within the expected deliverables, flagging any necessary changes
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience using project management software
  • Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion with excellence
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to productively and professionally adapt to change
  • Comfort level being client facing and presenting to and receiving feedback from client stakeholders
  • Strong track record of leading by example to other team members
  • Strong work ethic
  • Focus on team success over individual glory
