We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter with impeccable writing skills and a quick ability to interpret client needs. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with a keen eye for detail and an intuitive sense for how to communicate with and engage talent. Our Copywriters are experts in researching and articulating employee value propositions – building solid employer brands and communicating through a range of media and collateral outlets, as well as on websites, social media and marketing support materials.


  • Writing clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication
  • Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets and talent pools
  • Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
  • Interpreting briefs to understand project requirements
  • Collaborating with designers, branding and client teams at various points in projects to determine needs
  • Attending and participating in client meetings, presentations (both internal and external), and brainstorming sessions
  • Conducting high-quality research and interviews
  • Working with internal teams to review creative strategies, develop concepts and provide creative lead on proposed projects
  • Editing and proofreading as needed
