Responsibilities

  • Perform daily management of existing clients which includes listening to their needs and delivering solutions. This requires heavy phone, email and online meeting time so you’ve got to love connecting with clients as well as with the media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships – internally, with the media/vendors and especially with your clients.
  • Act as the client advocate by interacting with all departments to coordinate deliverables seamlessly.
  • Juggle multiple deadlines, clients, and project priorities concurrently and flawlessly.
  • Prepare proposals and media recommendations, conduct media research, partner with vendors, gather options and pricing, and organize data for client review/discussion.
  • Understand Shaker offerings and manage client initiatives in such categories as programmatic, SEM/PPC/sponsored content, social media, creative services, interactive services and tech solutions.
  • Follow Shaker processes and procedures, including creating and managing orders to final billing, submitting relevant forms, following up with other departments, and assisting in client presentations.
  • Perform project-management duties, including keeping client project logs, acting as liaison with various departments regarding deadlines, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery.

Requirements

  • BA and relevant experience
  • Background in advertising, marketing, HR/talent acquisition
  • Agency experience preferred; recruitment-related a strong plus
  • Excellent communication/client-interaction skills both in person and via phone/electronic media
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional follow-through
  • Knowledge of current talent-industry marketing and advertising trends/best practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in FileMaker, MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Teams), Excel and Tableau
  • Ability to perform research and campaign planning
  • Strong capacity and desire to grow, develop, and engage with clients
