Hey, social media rock star and creative type: We seek a highly organized client-facing professional to take ownership of various social projects-overseeing content development, publishing, and community management for a wide range of clients.


  • Draft editorial content and create content calendars.
  • Create a brand voice for our clients' social media presence that resonates through short-form social copy, as well as longer-form (blogs) and highly visual assets, such as GIFs, memes, and videos.
  • Foster client relationships, professionally respond to feedback.
  • Community manage clients' social media presence on platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Engage with online audiences, as appropriate (listen, respond, and so forth).
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), establish benchmarks, and prepare regular analytics reports.
  • Understand platform analytics and develop thoughtful key lessons and implications.
  • Conduct social media audits, assessing strengths and opportunities within the various platforms.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client and content providers.
  • Support new business needs, including research, presentation development and presentation delivery.


  • 2+ years of social media and/or agency experience
  • Experience creating graphics with Adobe Photoshop / InDesign and/or Adobe Spark and Canva
  • Hands-on social media brand experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Passion for all things social media, interest in emerging platforms and features that can help our clients reach their goals
  • Eye for visual and engaging storytelling
  • Impeccable detail orientation and stellar organizational skills
  • Works well in collaborative settings
  • Ability to handle feedback with professionalism
  • A self-starter that is ready to hit the ground running, and also possesses the ability to work autonomously
