Client Services Support Associate

There’s always something new in recruitment marketing—and in the role of Client Services Support Associate. You’ll feel at home if you like learning new tech and media, beating deadlines, and tracking details. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone who can quickly and accurately manage, proofread, and process volume order requests for ads, job postings, text messaging, and cost-per-click communications. We’ll ask you to provide daily service and support and make sure customer order placement, processing, verification, and reporting are nailed down. And your contributions will matter. As you perform data entry, administration, order tracking, and billing, you’ll do more than manage ad order flow. You’ll help right-fit clients and candidates find one another, thrive, and succeed.


  • Act as primary support for assigned clients.
  • Field and process client requests.
  • Juggle multiple clients and project priorities simultaneously.
  • Prepare proposals with media recommendations/pricing.
  • Create, track and manage orders through to final sales approval, ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Submit forms for all internal and reporting requests, providing accurate and comprehensive details required to receive the best possible client deliverable.
  • Manage reporting for client contracts and ensure reports are pulled in a timely and detailed fashion as expected by the client.
  • Execute media plans and media agreements/orders as directed by the client consultant.
  • Manage all client billing requirements and inquiries: Cost centers, POs, and AR reporting.


  • BA or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in talent acquisition or the recruitment industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Demonstrated computer and software proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Word, PPT and Teams), and Excel
  • Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in high-volume processing situations
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness and ability to work with multiple clients concurrently
