In an atypical project chronology, we developed an aspirational employer brand for luxury resort The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas before it had even opened.  The client needed to hire 5,000+ exempt and non-exempt team members in just seven months, and Shaker was up to the challenge – developing a unique creative expression and strategic marketing campaign geared to translate the resort’s distinct essence and culture while appealing to the ideal candidate – a person who would embrace and reflect the client brand through his/her life and job performance.  The media plan included both traditional and emerging media venues, as well as a day-long virtual hiring event so groundbreaking that it was covered in real time by CNN Headline News.
