Upon launching its new consumer brand, Waterton set out to uncover and articulate its employer brand. The research that we conducted of the real estate investor and operator revealed these employer brand pillars: Performance, Teamwork, and Opportunity. These pillars and the company’s big idea of “Resitality”® (Residential + Hospitality) informed the employer brand proposition and inspired the creative development. Building on the company’s “Waterton Truths” and career site tagline “True Performance, True Passion, True Waterton, we developed a question-focused creative concept that prompted right-fit candidates to consider what they could expect from a career at Waterton.
