Innovating at the intersection of technology, health and care, Cerner is the world’s largest publicly traded health information technology company. Working closely with Cerner global TA, corporate brand, and senior leadership, we set out to uncover the enterprise employer brand and EVP and express it in a truthful, credible and distinctive manner through comprehensive internal and external research across experience levels and with special attention given to Cerner’s key functional areas. The employer brand tagline “Touch Tomorrow” unifies all campaign elements. The brand promise and EVP were crafted with global adoption in mind, and the communications platform and build-out have been extended to EMEA and India.
The Cerner employer brand communications platform was developed to allow the client to flex on asset build-out based on existing internal marketing resources, in combination with agency support. Through our development of robust employer brand/EVP brand standards, Cerner has been able to activate parts of the brand expression internally, including associate story identification and development. Shaker has handled a variety of recruiting materials (domestic and international), consulting with a local video shop, rebranding Cerner social channels, and building out the new Cerner career site (slated for a Q4, 2017) go-live.
