Our beginnings were simple. Over 60 years ago, our founder Joseph R. Shaker saw a need and took a chance on an agency model dedicated exclusively to recruitment advertising communications.
What started as providing straight-forward “help wanted” newspaper ads has now evolved into a holistic way of partnering with clients in a wide range of industries to help them hire and retain the best employees so their businesses can thrive. While the recruitment advertising industry model has changed over the years, the Shaker family’s commitment to exemplary customer service has remained constant, now with the third generation of family members actively involved in the business on a daily basis. And the fourth generation of Shakers may still be in middle school, but we expect great things of them!
